The Superintendent's roles and responsibilities include: managing and leading all work crews on-site, holding daily safety meetings, ensuring quality, determining safe work procedures and best practices, overseeing all subcontractors on-site, overseeing foremen, working cooperatively with the quality control manager and safety officer, interpreting and constructing design plan drawings, and carrying out instructions given by project manager.
